Ramon Hernandez, Owner

Ramon has been in construction for over 30 years. Starting out building homes in Cuba, he then migrated to the U.S. 25 years ago and began working as an A/C technician in the Tampa Bay Area. He then started his company first as A/C and Plumbing Solutions of Tampa Bay in 2014 providing services with HVAC and plumbing. Since Ramon learned how to build a house from the foundation up, he turned his passion into a business that focuses on the long-term goals and satisfaction of his clients thus changing the name of his company to Construction Trades Solutions. Providing his clients with services such as HVAC, plumbing, general contracting, and roofing. Knowing that with his knowledge and experience, he can help clients create their dream homes, and companies see their visions come to life. 

Paola Hernandez, Owner/Office Manager

Paola has over 15 years of experience in administrative services. She understands that when it comes to dealing with paperwork or permits can be confusing and frustrating. With her help and knowledge, she can bring comfort, clarity, and ease of mind to clients and businesses, knowing that they are in good hands and having someone on their side to do what is right to make sure that projects are done with ease and run on time.
